U should speak with an immigration lawyer based in the UK establishing any possible ‘maternal’ rights and tht 19 and 21 year olds can serve as ‘dependent’ children as well as other grey areas.. . On the tracker it's showing received by DMC. I couldn't send paid mail since due to inability to pay with debit cards. But I was finally able to pay with my sister's Irish card yesterday so I am waiting for their on my mail inquiry. I believe God will do it

UKVI has just replied me that

Dear ..............., Thank you for your query from the information you have provided, we have escalated your case to the relevant department on **17-06-2022** and you should be ed within 15 working days. Please wait until the 15 working days have ed before ing the service again as we are unable to do anything further before this time. We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

I applied for a visit visa to UK , I wanted to attend my younger brother graduation ceremony but the visa was refuse on a ground of credibility. This is the decision.

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V because
 You state you intend to travel to the UK for 3 days for the purpose of attending your
brother’s graduation ceremony.
 You state you are employed with Nestlé Nigeria PLC with a monthly income of
250000 NGN (£480, in an exchange rate of £1 = 519.69NGN, oanda.com). You have
provided a letter of employment and payslips in of your application. You have
also provided a bank statement under your name with a closing balance of
2,407,398.31 NGN (£4,622.20). However, I note there are no salary deposits in this
. I also note there are several large deposits in this which do not
correlate with your stated income and therefore the origins of the funds are no clear.
Therefore I am not satisfied you have provided satisfactory information in regards to
your personal and financial circumstances in Nigeria.
 In light of all of the above I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel
to the UK now. I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose

I did not include my salary statement but I have it , meanwhile I don't keep many in it , I only keep money in my saving .

The former decision those not give me right to appeal or istrative review.

even if you add your salary bank statement, it can only justify salary payments, if you can't explain or categorize other Inflows showing in the bank statement (s), they will give another refusal reasons. Any income asides salary as an employed applicant needs to be explained.

sorry about the refusal. In my opinion, the officer feels the circumstances you have brought forward do not match and/or was basically just to obtain visa.. Also u might want to check your activity status on CAC. It’s not just you, most 1st timers with self employed status are having it tougher these days.

Please I want to ask, assumed the two children of 19 and 21 years as students is from your husband though their biological mother is late and you are not their biological mother, but for the fact you and your husband are married they are now your children living together as a family. And the main applicant the mother got a Work visa sponsorship.
How do you go about it because you will want to go with your family including your husband and the children.

They are no longer classes as minors. Even if you are their biological mother, the same would apply. It means they are not dependents

before I can say what might have happened, I have a few questions for clarity. Is your business a limited liability or business name? When did you the company? Have you been to the UK before? What’s your immigration history like? And did you describe the kind of job that your company does?

You are very lucky you did not receive 10 years band .
Agent will not help you they can only implicate you . If you reaply and the information you put there is different from agent package you will get another refusal.
Mind you the company the agent claim you work the ECO will like to see salary transfer payment from the company to your salary not deposit, i wonder how you want to achieve that. Agents are after your money they will never tell you the implications involve.

Did they interview you? Because in the letter it stated that they interviewed you and sponsor.
