@jainine congratulations but if I may ask, when exactly did you take the IELTS test and was the result sent to your email. I asked because I took the test on Thursday 19 May, although on my portal, there's a message that the result will be available by May 24 which is today but I am yet to get the result. Response from anyone will be helpful please.

I wrote on the same day. 19th, last week Thursday.

No email from them but at 1pm today I checked and it was ready.

Afterwards I also called to inquire about the trf, I was told I could pick it up on Thursday.

1) Where are the IELTS test centers in Lagos? Any link?
2) Which is better, online//computer or paper based?
3) Is the Speaking test done on the same day with others?
4) Is British Council office a test center for both types, that is, computer and paper based?

Gurus in the house, pls help with answers.

You can go online to check there various test centers.
2)depends on you. If you can cope with computer done.
3)speaking is with done few days before or after the others.
4) No, I don't think so.

Where you want to travel to and what you want to go there for will determine the type of test you should take. If it is for schooling or professional etc Nursing, medicine ,go for idp.

Yes.
I have never heard of any other form of Identification.

Thank you again the TRF was delivered to my address by DHL yesterday June 1st that, took about 10 days from the day I wrote the test. Although I have seen the result 3days earlier on the test taker portal.

Overall I got 7.

I have no idea the cost of renewal at the moment.
