I don't think on my comments you see any where I mentioned POF , I explained what he was confused about, without relating it to POF so what is the issue here.

I applied for my student visa in September 2021 and when I received my BRP in October 2021 after arriving in the UK, it said it would expire in November of 2022. At the time I didn't know much or thought there was a problem, but recently I have confirmed from several people who also applied at the same time or even before me for the same September school start date, that theirs are ending in January 2023, as there are some months of grace added.

Please how do I go clarifying this and can this be rectified as it will go a very long way in helping both me and my dependents whose BRP are also tied to the November expiration date. I would just like to know if BRPs for the same cohort can have different end dates or it must be the same.

Kindly confirm your course start date and end date. This is tied to the duration of your visa. Some one year courses have 12 months duration while some are more.

This may explain the variance in the visa duration btw yours and your fellow sep intake mates.

However if you would finish b4 the current expiration, just apply for PSW and switch.

If you booked the test together then yes if not pay separately. Include your booking number as the reference.

Thank you for your response. My course start and end date is the same for my other fellow Sep intakes, Sep 6 2021 to Sep 11, 2022. Their BRP validity period extends to January while mine ends in November hence my concern and query. I am going to take advantage of the PSW definitely but the extra 2 months can go a long way in helping me as you imagine.

If there was never a Marriage certificate there can't be a Divorce certificate.
Divorce is a process in Law starting with a mandatory period of Separation.
I believe a sworn Affidavit will suffice, where your declarations capture that
I) You had never been married in Nigeria or Elsewhere
ii) You were initially cohabiting with your Ex-Girl friend (Not Wife)
iii) That your Ex-Gf (include Name) erroneously made you believe that you father a child. But a Paternity result has proven otherwise.
iv) That you hereby equivocally state that you are not the biological father of ..... (name of child)
v) The Embassy of United Kingdom in Nigeria and other Organisations within and outside Nigeria should please adjust any records contrary to this Affidavit.

Add others as you deem fit. Then ensure you attach a Paternity test result wherever you are submitting the affidavit.

Please i have a question about the TB test.

My spouse, the primary applicant has gotten her TB certificate in which the number of dependent accompanying her is 0. However, we have decided that myself and our 2 children (under 5) will also apply for the visa with her.

1. Can i book the TB appointment separately with the 2 children as dependents or will she need to do the test with us again, being the primary applicant?

2. Is there a way we can reference he TB certificate in our booking/appointment since she is the primary applicant?

3. If the school on her TB test result does not give CAS, or we decide to go with another school, can the details on TB certificate be changed/modified.
