Your number 1 example, at biometrics it was found out child’s gender has been wrongly put because child in question was been seen. Again a biometrics will not happen without the child and this is one of the reasons why.

For a 1st time international port to be done for a child, there would be presentation of a birth certificate corresponding to the same date. That’s the only way such will be translated onto the port.
You have an international port, it is the duty of the verification personnel to ask for documents certifying this. And this is what they do all the time.
This is not question and answer from the top of your head as you have given in all your instances above.
The dad must have provided a birth certificate then, also to process a visa, a birth certificate with tht date of birth must also have been presented.

I had the same problem, sent series of mails without response, their numbers were not connecting. What I did was to select 2 for family (was selecting 1 initially), and was able to book without stress.

I'm the applicant with a family of 5 (husband & kids), is it a must we pay for their UWE arranged accommodation?, if Yes, can we pay for just a month or 2 for us to settle in?.

Somebody should please respond. Thanks.

Visit the branch and speak to the BSM or RM.
