This does not look like an infected wound or a wound linked to Diabetes. You need to see a decent doctor to help with this. You can message me, I am happy to advise you for free privately.
This is not about pineapple or honey or sugar or ampicillin or chloramphenicol etc.

What delays your wound from healing is the ointment. It happened to me and it stays more than three months without healing. Use chloramphenicol, original honey or engine oil it will heal fast. I had it at that same spot on my leg. However, it seems wound at that spot take long to heal.

Stop adding penicillin. I think that stuff is only for fresh wounds.. I scrapping my knee while playing football, was using penicillin. For long no result, it was just eroding the top surface and getting bigger until i stop using it. I may be wrong sha... Just my own experience.

That is a chronic ulcer. Might be a sign of an underlying sinister health issue. Stop applying stuff or self medicating. Go to a reputable hospital, preferably a teaching hospital if you can't think of one you're sure of. They will run some tests for you. Some of which may include imaging tests and biopsy of the wound. Very important!

Well for starters...if you are sure your sugar level is good. Then try using "JIK"to wash and clean the wound....it works wonders and take ampicillin one morning and one evenings ...tanks and good luck

it is not healing because you have high sugar in your system..... You might even be diabetic self..... High sugar in the blood stream does not make injury heal faster, some does not heal at all...

Get half cup of warm water, add some salt to it, and then add about 5mls of n (you can get n from pharmacy), then wash the wound with the mixture using cotton. After that, get hydrogen peroxide, use cotton also to wash the wound again using the hydrogen peroxide. Do that twice daily till it heals.

Mature aloe vera.
