From what I have heard from most people, it takes at least 3 weeks before your application is approved. Rejection comes earlier. Things vary.

Either you write IELTS or the school/University where you obtained your last educational certificate(s) to issue a letter attesting to it that your English skills in your educational documents are equivalent to the Central European FRamework B2 in English.
Some schools accept the latter, IELTS is just more recommended/recognised

I'm not sure of that, but I think the person who issues your academic transcript will be the one who will issue that as well.

I heard they usually open it between 10pm to like 11:30pm so you need to be on a look out,.

Some request for grading system and they usually ask we send or a docs from the university that clarifies this if it isn't included in the transcript. Have you heard of this before ?
