Hello. Please does anyone have any idea how University of Sussex (or maybe other universities) allows you to structure fee payment? Usually, after paying deposit to get CAS, how many installments are you allowed to pay the balance?

My sister was given a ban of 10 years this week, because she didn't state her previous student refusal and appeal.

This refusal was 13 years ago and it was our older sister that did all the processing. Hence she didn't to mention in this recent application as she didn't even at all.

Please do advise on how or what we can do at least to remove the ban - It wasn't intentional.

3) i hear people on the thread saying one should keep pof till one enters uk. Are they really confirmed cases where one is asked of pof at point of entry?

I didn't believe that she did not ,there is no way you will forget you made an application in the past, absolutely no way,she must have concealed it thinking it might have been forgotten since it's been long ago.
I am sorry to tell you there is nothing you can do to vacate that ban.
You have to wait that 10yrs before making any application,the only thing that can override that ban is when you are making settlement Visa application,like spouse of a British citizen or Family/dependant of a British citizen.

Honestly speaking this is totally disheartened, despite all the questions warnings and experience, we still have someone to fall into this shit, even if she's not on the platform, don't tell me you were not aware when she's making the application, why can't you share what you had learn on this platform to her.. Dear, it assumed that it was intentional. How can you tell us that u forgot that made an application in the past also at a point when they are asking have applied to u.k before? And it doesn't ring a bell in ur ear that this is a logical question..it take Grace of God to reverse this decision cos at this point don't waste your money to go for any istrative review.
Is it other country study visa or it was UK study visa that was denied earlier?

When did you apply your Form A

You can do whatever you want to do with your POF after visa granting

I applied to 6 schools, 5 in Ucas and one directly; I got conditional offer to study Biomedical Science in Teeside University, University Of sunderland is full and the rest are still pending.

I thought Hull doesn't make such exams compulsory if you already have English in your WAEC. I used my WAEC for hull anyway.
