extremely hard to get Canada visit visa . Staying back on a visit visa is also not feasible in Canada cos you will suffer for nothing. With SIN number you cant get work, access health care, open bank etc.This style doesn’t work for Canada and their immigration usually reject visit visa application unless you can show them you will return home

Your GCMS notes are for you to see the updated status on your file, and it does not guarantee to influence the speedy process of your application.

Although, the department responsible for receiving Access to Information requests (GCMS Notes) is different from the department that reviews visa applications. However, in the event of collation of an applicant's GCMS records, there might be some missing items or clarification that would require clarity from the department that does actual reviews of visa applications.

These can be a rare occasion that would cause visa officers to have a closer look at the file before the GCMS is signed off and mailed out by the ATIP department.
These rare occasions may cause the case processing analyst to review the file further to the next step.

You can type GCMS notes on google and choose one out of the many options. You will be asked to sign a form with blue biro before they execute.

I actually need my mum to be around as soon as possible, so I explained my situation and pleaded for faster processing. I did this for 2 days, and the 4th day got PPR.

I applied for them and applied as if they are the applicant. I only added my information under the section that asked if they want someone to communicate on their behalf with IRCC. I also used my email as mail.

For VV application is it safe to send extra document via webform with an explanation, since some of my documents ed the 2mb limit?

i did that already....merged the pdfs to 1 file and it's 2.8mb compressed to 96 dpi.

If you have tried your best and it still gives you beyond 2MB, exclude those you feel are a lesser priority. Send those documents by web form with a letter of explanation; the letter should notify the officer you are sending across to supplement the submitted documents.
These additional documents could not be submitted via the regular channel of the IRCC portal due to limitations on the allowable file size of 2MB.

It is a better option than forcing all into 2MB mb or less, and some documents look blurry and hard to read, but if you can fix it without looking blurry and hard to read, you are good to go.
