No it won't get you a Tier 2. You should be looking at Start-up and/or innovative visa

With start up visa you can stay in the UK for 2years ,it is not extendable and will not lead to settlement. You can switch to innovative visa which is for 3years, extendable and can lead to settlement.

However it has to be an innovative business meaning something not done before, with franchise that is a known business.

Ideally yes, but this is the caveat, you will not be able to study full-time and work full-time(i.e more than 20hrs)

2. You need to confirm if you can switch to another visa, previously tier 2 dependants couldn't switch to tier 2 if they got a job, and if they want to study it has to be a course they will finish within 3months.

My advise, she can switch to Tier 2 and you switch to Tier 2 dependants towards the end of your studies ( typically 3months or less) when you have explored other visa routes and seen that is the only viable option left

After few months, Wifey as a nurse got work with NHS.

If her visa chances to work visa due to sponsorship by NHS JOB, I suppose mine too will change.

If so, can I work more than 20hrs then? �

3. You want to fill in a name that doesn't exist yet in any document,for TB test that will be submitted for visa application.

The risk we take is crazy.

Please fill her maiden name, your marriage certificate and proof of relationship is more important than changing name. This again is another subject that has been dealt with many many times

There are additional payment if you choose additional services on TLS for instance if you want your port sent back via courier.

I will advise to get you get your school first ooo. You need to be sure the school address you want to use it for.

It’s better you give information about the school you know and leave others for those that know to respond..RGU deposit is 34% of whatever your tuition fee is ,I don’t know where you saw 7k from. The question was about Aberdeen the city where RGU is and not university of Aberdeen.

You can’t say there are no jobs in Aberdeen because they are and after graduation you can stay in any city ,there’s no law that says you must reside in the city you schooled in.

the copy of the fly wire file that shows the reference number and bank details. The bank would take the reference from it. You can also attach the reference number to you name as an alternative.
