There seems to be an indifferent attitude from Oil and Gas companies such as Shell, Eni, or Total Energies in the gas sector towards Nigeria's development.

It seems there is no subsidy on gas supply in Nigeria, but how it got so expensive when a lot of people are now using it is what I do not understand

The project is 30yrs late!

And the Nigerian LNG seafarers that are supposed to live as kings for their rare skill of operating and manning those delicate high tech LNG carriers are treated like slaves in their own country. Now they are leaving Nigerian LNG ships to other places where they are loved, well respected and paid handsomely. Shame on Nigeria.

While would any fool indulge in such wasteful and expensive project of laying gas pipe across the desert when such fund could be used to raise first class gas terminal in Niger Delta?
