I did surgery for varicocele and was placed on addyzoa but I added maca tabs and ate cashew nuts regularly. The surgery was done august ending. My wife is about 5 months pregnant now. I know someone whose wife got pregnant barely 2 weeks after surgery. Most men seek gynacologist advice instead of urologist hence drugs like addyzoa don't give dem results. Only a urologist can diagnose varicocele. My advice, know the cause of infertility B4 treating low sperm count.

@saDD911 hello how long were you and your wife trying before you finally got pregnant in the past. From my experience doctor usually say that watery and poor sperm quality doesn't matter that it's sperm count and motility and morphology that matter

I said you impregnated your wife how long did it take. Because your semen is watery and of low quality might not be an issue. As a child I used to masterbate a lot and when I see my semen I don't know if it's good or not

Hello everyone, please I have a serious issue now, I impregnated someone about 2 months ago, the test and results showed I did. But now, I' tested for AZOOSPERMIA (No sperm count). I got to know because i realized my sperm became watery and even the quantity I released on the test date was not up to 1mil. Physical appraisal even showed the result will be bad compared to what I use to ejaculate before.

Now doctor placed me and my spouse on injection and gave us some antibiotics and wellovit. The treatment cost about 40k. I abstained for about two weeks and I realised that the semen is now whitish, although abit viscous but still watery. I dont know what to do.
I've always ejaculated good semen, but what's coming out now is so poor. I used to maturbate in the past but I'm changed now.
