Okay. The interview itself is a query so it's like you saying "how can I get visa without been questioned?"
It's not wise to use a company's statement of but statement of should be from 6months

yes. May 17th was the first available date I chose. I was able to choose an earlier date of May 5th a few days later. You need to choose what’s immediately available and keep trying for a better date before the EA approval expires.

My EA request got approved today after switching to Abuja from Lagos (after waiting a month with no response from Lagos) with the same MRV fee. Please if I pick the earliest available date, would I be able to reschedule if another earlier date shows up? Please does anybody know if an earlier date would even show up?

My sponsor is my employer and it's a company. Why is it unwise to use a company's bank statement for the visa interview?

Okay, if your sponsor is your employer and wants to sponsor you with the company's fund, it's fine. There's no issue but you need to state clearly why your employer will want to spend thousands of dollars on your education. So your position in that company, what you will give back to that company, and the duration you have been working for that company really matters to prove your point on why your employer will sponsor you. Also note that, the money in the company's is to run the company and pay employees for their services except the same is used to fund employees' education (tuition reimbursement).
Whichever way, don't forget, you need to be concise when stating your reasons because of time. I believe if you gather your reasons right then there shouldn't be a problem.

My dad statement of is just 10 pages but with huge inflow and outflow and huge closing balance. Can I use it?

Mine just got approved and I only ed my I-20, Completed DS-160, and SEVIS receipt-Just three. The rejection might be caused by another thing like the brief explanation part or check if you ed the right documents.

Oh ok. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate your response. I wish I could know the best strategy for checking this calendar everyday because seems like i can only check 3 times a day. So far May 18 is what I see.

Yes, pick the earliest date you can get and apply for emergency. But note that you shouldn’t be applying for EA until you are within 60 days to your resumption otherwise you may be denied (though there are some lucky ones). My own suggestion is to wait and just keep checking for an earlier date for regular appointment till you are within 60 days to resumption (e.g. May 28 and beyond). If Lagos doesn’t open up dates by then, then pick a date and apply for EA. Hopefully Lagos starts responding to EA by then as well because lately they have not. But you still have some time sha.

I ed I-20, Sevis, appointment confirmation page and ission letter. Make sure to write a good explanation for why you need EA. Let them know what school and program you’ll be attending, your resumption date and that you couldn’t secure a date (state the date you picked) that would help you resume your program on time.

Please guys, my Emergency request was not granted, and the interview date i got is january 2023, can i seek for another ission and use the same mrv with a new ds160?

Please I want to ask a question;
I got ission for Fall 2022 and I’ll be resuming by August. Although, I do not have funding yet. Funding will be available for me by September after I must have resumed the semester because the funding application comes late.

My question goes as thus;

I have requested for my i-20 using my dad’s bank statement (My dad doesn’t live in Nigeria). Now I’m thinking of using my brother’s bank statement who is a data analyst and an officer in the US Army, he also did his Masters in the USA. Do you think it’s safe using his statement?? I’m considering the home ties( I’m the only person left here in my family).

PS; I also have another brother there who did his Masters and currently enrolled in PhD.

Please, what can I do?
