When I tested it in the morning,behold the whole screen is just bringing out inks of different colours which I texted and send pics to the seller immediately and he said he'll find a solution to it,meanwhile I know it's the screen that has fault and I googled the price of the screen immediately which is 80k. I told him second day when to informed him,he said he'll call around,he sent me one number on the fifth day that the person is into TV screen which I confirmed the price of the tv screen from him,same thing,he said it starts from 70k depending on the type of TV. We've already seen a solution,I told him what are we going to do? Since then he's been avoiding to answer my question,it's more than 3weeks now,the TV is just there with no solution to sort it out....

Mrbondd I don’t think this buyer has provoked you or sounded rudely to you in any of his replies but your words to him has truly being provocative and rude. Still, from the conversation, he’s seeking a solution and not a fight.

Having said that, the buyer (you olukaygold) should have tested the TV and look out for faults before paying regardless of whether it was package or wrapped already. Ask him to loose whatever it is and have it tested before lifting.

Again, correct me if I’m wrong. From the conversation he already told you the TV was faulty right? Even before buying? I didn’t get that part so ain’t concluding.

Also, the seller could be right and smart to say that the fault happened during logistic if there was no faulty tag and you didn’t test it before lifting.

The issue you described seem like sometime pierced the TV, like a physical damaged, hence, the leaking of ink. Pls clarify!

According to his advert,he said the TV is working perfectly...my stand is,I can't coughout 90k to buy a TV and enjoyed it for only 5days...the ink was there when he sent m video of the TV but I didn't notice until I brought it home and tested it myself.
