I am from one of the university towns in the SE. I can tell you that westerners, northerners and even people from SS have bought plots of land from my town without any problem.

One of the biggest hospitals in my area is owned by a medical doctor from Kwara state. His name is Dr Sadiq. The name of his hospital is Mount Arafat Hospital. He is even a Muslim and we love him

I when I served in Umuahia 2015. I was told point blank then that 'Aboki serve come dey go back your place'. Home doesn't really mean a physical structure. If you are with your right senses you should know the history between the Yorubas and Benin people but am not sure you are educated sef, talk of other places, Edo state has countless Yorubas who are even indigenous of some parts of Edo.
