Which country in the world can stand against 26 countries? Putin is actually doing great in this war. Right now, it's almost as if he's fighting the entire NATO plus some other non-nato country and he's still standing strong.

Also, your idea of "defeat" seems to come from the US ideology of "totally destroying a country", like they did in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen etc. Putin isn't looking to destroy Ukraine. Destroying Ukraine will affect the entire region. Sure, there'll be collateral damage, and that's expected in any arms conflict but if Russia was looking to entirely destroy Ukraine they can easily do that
