Make your payment early enough, have a copy of the receipt handy and be there as early as possible. Your only problem will be the security guys at the gate; if they can tick your name on the day's list and allow you in, then you good to go

Yes, it now takes 5 to 15 days for visa issuance. On the average 8 days.
But some still get delayed unnecessarily. Imagine my 2nd family of four, 3 are already issued as at Day 8 while 1 dependant is still expecting

get a letter from your alma mater that attest to the fact that your language of instruction was in English.

Once you book, they will send you the details or alternatively, check their site. And even if you did manual booking, you will be given a slip containing their details

i called finally i have been deferred to september intake so i'm waiting for PRE-CAS Interview

When I applied for ission, I was told to declare any refusal, since I haven’t applied for visa in the UK before, I told them no refusal.

I have been denied twice by Canada. Can I just declare when I’m applying for visa and not worry about the one I told the school?

Your assumptions could be incorrect because you did not factor in the population of the city. Lagos is a coastal city with a massive population that boost economic activities whereas places like Canterbury with a population of around 50,000 or so may not be better than Birmingham, Leeds, and Manchester when it comes to employment and opportunities. Even though they are not coastal cities.

Talking of cities with job opportunities and low cost of living, the coastal cities with a lower population still has an edge. Especially if you are an IT professional that can work remotely.

@justwise, It's good to ask questions cos I never knew that having two marriage certificates is illegal in the UK.

Here in Nigeria, couple do marry traditionally, then proceed to court wedding, then summarize with white wedding. It's a norm here which I thought was OK.

Ladies in particular swear they must do white wedding even after they must have done trad and court wedding.

It's just societal influence and peer pressure, my intent is just to make my wife happy. That's why I asked if it was possible to do white wedding in UK, after we had wedded in court and done traditional rights in Naija.

I am trying to suspect this your acclaimed court wedding in Nigeria because while filling marriage form at any court wedding registry, there is a section where you are to declare never to have married or had any child from any other relationship.
You can not have two wedding certificates unless divorced. Unless what your wife wants is the ceremonial aspect of the wedding, wear a white gown and you in a suit with all the flamboyance.
