full ROM and Reinstall or find out if there are apps that are out of date causing the system UI to misbehave. It can even be a font or theme.

Things started changing from when Xiaomi started gaining ground in Nigeria.

Has anyone experienced issues with MTN 4G on their phones

I noticed that when ever i subscribe my MTN line, (even Night sub) I'm unable to connect to internet or social media on 4G, I'd have to switch to 3G in order for it to work

Noticed that on my Redmi 9 too.

Couldn't browse until I switched to 3g on WhatsApp.

But when I switched back to 4g, it continued.

I guess the network is kind of bad, the solution is to be switching between the two for now

I had issues with my redmi note 10 pro, and took it to raya since its still under warranty. I was told i was going to be called within four working days, but I wasn't.

I called them today, and I was told its a motherboard issue, and they would have to replace it, but that the motherboard is not available from the company. 'Said I would have to give them time.

I asked how much time. Initially, she said she doesn't know, that I just have to keep waiting , then after putting pressure on her, she then said three weeks or more. The phone already spent a week with them, and now they are asking me to wait for another 3 weeks or more.

I use this phone for my business, and one week without it is costing me a lot already.
I don't have a spare one, nor do I have plans of getting another one.

Please do I have a right to escalate this issue with them, or I should just be patient and wait for another three whole weeks like they said?

Lately, heard alot of negative reporst about raya, as long as the phone is under warranty and it has not been long you got it, they suppose to change the device and return it back to redmi company. unless you dont have the phone accessories again and is already old. i might be wrong though

my new redmi 11s,6/128, the b3 do last long. i do use 100% to 90% for like and hour or more surfing internet or games.

Maybe because I am coming from a very strong battery of Redmi 9t.
