Tips: If you are outbounding a Florida city Law niche domain(any Florida city)
If you enter an end website just type at the front true of the url “Florida Bar” and search it will show the email of the main attorney of that law firm.
For example if I am outbounding to “newbielaw.com” I will just type in
“Florida Bar NewbieLaw.com” and it will show you the main attorney of the law firm.

I use BrandBucket, Squadhelp, Alter and rooted.
BrandBucket is my preferred brandable marketplace and I have gotten more success rate with BrandBucket. I list on other brandable marketplaces just to avoid the $1 submission fee on BrandBucket. Even though SH also has the coin option, all my names on SH were submitted using the free submission option.
I used to use Alter when it was fully a brandable marketplace. I stopped submitting names there when it became an hybrid marketplace. Recently I removed all my names from there when they announced they will be shutting down. I may resubmit more names to Alter when the new management take over.
Rooted appears to be an unserious brandable marketplace with very long review time (sometimes months) and bad customer service. Even Riz the founder of the marketplace is not confident of the marketplace that is why he uses DAN for most of his domains. The only thing I love about rooted is their nice logos. The logos are really eye-catching but I don't see them going far in the industry as people don't seem to believe in them.

For example this year i had my first $xxxx sale, and it came from a geo domain. Yes a city in Texas Domain name, i priced it four figures yes and the buyer just sent an offer removing just $500bucks, and payed the $2000 immediately.

Holdtime was 24 hours.

Yes you are right but SH still reviews brandable names while Alter stopped reviewing names. Also, I think brandable and non-brandable don't have the same type of exposure on SH (not sure about this). They tend to spend on ads for brandables.

1) Service being offered: what kind of service is my prospective buyer offering, and what's the basic cost for such service. Eg Photography, i price between 250 - 350. Because the industry is yet to bounce back from covid.

2) Demand: The demand for the service offered, if the demand is high, I price high but if demand is low i price low.

3) Competitive: if the service being offered is a competitive one, i price high, but if its not i price low. I want to use photography to elaborate more on this, Wedding photography is more of high demand than Boudoir and Senior Photography.



These and many more and things i consider in pricing.

Before buying anything...read oooh read....xyz is there u will see it by scrolling down till u find deleted .xyz.....and am not sure why u think u want to start with xyz...when am sure u don't know the difference btw types of domains yet.
