Most times they don’t acknowledge webform but it has been received by the VO in charge of the application.

Hi, there are sample invitation letters online, but the content of yours will be determined by the purpose of your sibling's visit. So, the letter would usually include:

-Your details- name, address, phone number, your immigration status(PR, student permit etc), where you work, particularly if you would be responsible for accommodating and feeding him. You would also include documents to back up the aforementioned information.

- Reason you're inviting your sibling to visit and the proposed entry and return dates for the visit. Also, where your sibling will be staying during the visit.

- What your sibling currently does in Nigeria, work, studies, business etc, which essentially shows that he/she has ties to Nigeria. Please note that all the information you state must align with what your brother will state in his letter of explanation. You will include both of your birth certificates to prove that he/she's your sibling, and maybe a picture or two if you have space to .

In of strong reason for the visit, your personal circumstances will determine that too e.g., if you haven't seen him in a long time, family reunification, if you're in school and would be graduating, if you're married and expecting a baby, and perhaps need assistance etc. It could also be just for tourist related reasons, to visit Canada and so you would list all the famous sites you would take him/her to.

Her previous biometrics, was it done at the VFS where port was submitted?
Did she submit her biometrics receipt?
If you answer no to the questions above, then she has to pay transmission fees.
If you go back on 2 or 3 pages you should see VFS details to cross check with the one she received via text message.

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your port sent to when ready.

No medical instructions nothing nothing. I refresh my email every 30 minutes now hoping for a good news. Nothing.
What’s with the hold up?
Without this, there’s no hope for PPR.

Don't be discouraged. Keep your faith in God and keep praying... yes, compare to new portal, applications through GC Key take long to be processed, but that doesnt mean they won't process them. I also applied through GC Key since December and still processing. So, I am encouraging you, I am also encouraging myself.

God will answer us, God will make IRCC attend to our applications inside GC Key in Jesus name.

I have been waiting since last year nov . Applied for TRV via the new portal yet no progress, eligibility has not even started . I have raised multiple web forms . Only got one response from Nairobi saying

“ kindly note Our office is currently experiencing application volumes that exceed our capacity to process all applications within the average processing times. Our office will you as soon as more information or documents are required. ”

So I have been waiting since . My propose travel date that I mentioned in my application date is this weekend . What happens when that propose date es by and I don’t get any response?

Should I additional documents via a web form such as payslip and bank statements or my income tax clearance because I did not include it because there was not place holder to include it because i have a valid us visa .

In the flip side, will rather consider study route with a good agent (on Nairaland study forum), than make trips to different countries for the sake of travel history. How many will you make?IRCC give study without travel history.

Don’t know your agenda, but if it is what am thinking, UK seems easier, and making a visiting visa application through there as a study is also better.
The money for these trips you are planning can be used for this.

The sowp is still pending.
I had concern about the travel history even before my submission. My biggest confusion is the response on hometie
I really don't know what else to add

I can confirm that only persons living in Canada can request for it on your behalf but it doesn’t have to be your spouse.
Although my spouse in Canada requested for my GCMS notes using the ATIP platform.

So many people have gotten their Visas without prior travel history. You really don’t have to travel to get your visa approved.

Just repackage your SOP with ing documents to strengthen your home ties and state the responsibilities that has been holding you back from making an international trip. This will address the VO’s concerns.

A monikers VV on the SOWP forum was refused sometimes in January based on Purpose of visit, family ties and travel history. She reapplied few days after by doing what I suggested earlier and her visa was approved.

It is a delay not a denial! I wish you success in your next application.
