Pls read note 18 carefully, PZ made 5.6billion from sales of fixed asset. They have been selling their assets for sometime now and that is what is responsible for the profit.

They charge 500 Naira and I still have to fill forms before dividends are paid

This is the UCAP chart. And this is a parabolic move.

Parabolic moves don't fade out sideways. Most times it flashes. Most always need around 75% to 90% correction to revert to the mean value.

I think, UCAP is an exception cos of its high dividend yield, it is not reverting to mean any time soon, except performance go very bad.

GTCO is a good stock to pick now in my opinion. Nothing fundamentally bad(or dat bad) with d bank yet its doing less than 30% growth(Price appreciation) since March 2020, when most other banks in its category have long done over 50%(Zenith for example).

Average earnings in the last 5 years is N1.10k, current earning is N1.88k.

Unfortunately for GSK average earning in 5 years was 55k but the current earning is 53k this is a red flag that needs to be addressed

If you go through my previous posts you will understand that I have always stated it here that whatever has to do with dividend collection or payment is not the job of a stockbroking firm. It's between the investor, the company and the registrars.
Registrars serves as the payment firm while the company is the source of the money.

To get your dividend, complete the mandate form and submit to your bank or the registrar.

However, for some broking firms, they add dividend collection processing to their additional services to customers which always comes with a cost.

Always better to look at 5 years performance, in of earnings, return on equity, earning yield, dividend growth, average PE in the last 5 years, earning growth in 5 years, before you consider a long term position
