I’m considering getting either a Corolla 2010 or Honda Civic 2011 putting into consideration it might be used for Uber and bolt , i need an advise on making the best decision please

Both are good. But Go for anything Toyota before Honda.

Go for the Civic jejely... It has same or even better economy than the Corolla.. And its maintenance is also more pocket friendly than the Corolla.. It also doesn't have the leg pulling issues that plague earlier Hondas, because it has a totally different suspension system from those other Hondas..

And best of all, it's not a thief magnet like the Corolla

Contrary to the obviously biased opinions of the vulgar nonce above, the 2010 Corolla is not particularly at risk of theft, compared to the earlier Corolla generation.

The 2010 Corolla and the 2011 Civic are simply two sides of the same coin, similar reliability, similar fuel economy. The US spec Civic would be preferable to the Euro Civic that some banks issue their staff.

It essentially comes down to your personal choices and preferences.

Do Toyota Corolla and save yourself the unplanned bolt t/front wheel wahala that Honda Civic is notorious for.

Toyota Corolla has lower maintenance cost and has great third/forth hand reseller value should you want to sell.

My advice is go for Honda reason is because Honda has strong engine compare to corolla and corolla tokunbo engine is scarce in market, what you will find is worked engine and they will label it tokunbo.

Ball t issue is not common with Honda Civic.

I have used both cars and from personal experience, the cost of maintainance and fuel consumption of both is similar.

Cons:
The ground clearance level of Civic is low hence not advisable if the road in your regular routes is in bad shape.

Corolla on the other hand is relatively prone to theft
