I would, after checking plenty of things that I can’t begin to type here. Sold a few names with one niche that was only ed in 4 cities or so. Sold 8 cities with that keyword. But then it depends on the city itself and the number of ends I see. If I’m trying out new niches I’m not so sure of, I always pick Miami cuz I get lucky with them a lot even with my worst names and they pay me high $Bleep for names. IMO this business is mostly about taking risks everyday but they have to be calculated risks.

Go to your Facebook search bar and type in your domain name. Let’s say you have “AustinPlumbingservices” go to your Facebook search bar and type in “Austin plumbers” or “Austin Plumbing Services” and their business pages will pop up. Visit each page and you’ll see their emails and numbers there.


You can also do the same on Instagram, it’s easier on Instagram cause their pages will come up while typing and you also have the option of following the hashtags to see more end pages.

He can do any of the three with it.

If backlinks are solid, and by this I mean quality ones not built around bots where you have over 50k BL and 0.5 DA, that will help with traffic to the site and more conversion in whatever service you choose to offer with it.

If you build a website on it, because of the quality BL it has, you will get traffic from the sites that linked to it. More traffic. Same with redirecting. Sometimes it is just for networking purposes. Read up on the importance of Backlinks and Domain Authority and how to know good DA. You can visit DNAcademy or Google.
