You can do that in your state's branch. You don't have to go to Sokoto or wherever it is you did NYSC.

It doesn’t matter! Go to any branch where you are. I linked mine in lagos and opened in zaria. Just meet someone at customer service that seems really nice and helpful. It should take 24-48hrs

Applied on the 18th of this month and unconditional offer came today.
CAS is issued only three months to the start of the course.
Deposit: 5,500 pounds.
Tuition: 14,250 pounds
Can't seem to find any discount or scholarship available to apply

i have an unconditional offer from them too, no discount, 5,500 pounds deposit.
i feel its cool if one can pay the deposit.

Why not start applying to other schools with your credentials and you may get better offers than what your agent is offering you.

You can even forfeit the 30%, depending on offer you will get.

You can still save some money without agent.

is it the usual 6 months or just like a month after the mandatory 28days of cash lodgement maturity

I applied in December, I got the offer in late February. Let's say 2 months.

I believe they have long list of applicants. You might get lucky to receive an offer in less than one month. Just give it a little time.
