I need y'all suggestions and advice on what path to follow ahead of my visa application. I am a graduate of chemical engineering. Worked as a GA in the university at the dean's office.

I have an ission to a American University DC for environmental science MSc. Tuition is about 63k for the two years and they gave funding of 50% (not GA). I checked on mpower and I was eligible for loan to cover the rest.

I also have ission to two schools (Saint Louis University and Old Dominion University) for educational leadership MSc with GAs but the tuition remission is for in-state students. Meaning I have to clear the balance for outstate, which is about 40-30%.

Which of the issions will make more sense to proceed with a loan and I'll easily get a visa for ?

This is disappointing. You have a chemical engineering BSc, why arent you trying for a masters in chemical engineering in better schools? You have a shot at easily getting a visa with that IMO.
