As long as your battery is confirmed original, you charge them adequately and correctly, and you maintain a 50% DoD it will last you for several years. I guy on the Solar thread used his SMF lead acid battery for about 7 years thereabout before he sold them off to a friend and got a new set of LA batteries again in late 2020. From his acct then, the friend was still enjoying the batteries.

But I would imagine that a tubular battery should last longer than its lead acid counterpart under same good usage conditions because it is a recent technology. Little wonder most tubular battery manufacturers give warranty period that is longer than those for lead acid.

Do you mean 60A or 60V? If you mean the arrangement of the batteries, then it does 12v - 48v. If you refer to the input voltage, then s a max input voltage of 190v (but 150v continuous is advisable), then a current draw of 60A

i’ll personally advise ritar batteries as they are the ones I know. But seems those more Knowledgeable on the topic have advised you better .

Ritar is a good brand too. Very good. I use it in one of my setups. Been using it for over a year and it is still holds very well.

And it happened to me with an ssd. It just stopped working working

And I was thoroughly burned years ago with sub par flash drives. I was leaving an old employer and I copied some files to cheape imitation flash drive I bought. The files would always copy, but when I got home they would have turned to weird unusable nonsense when I plugged into my home pc.

you are right about the no names brand thing , I guess it’s just a luck thing. Even AliExpress cards are no brand cards. Just luck I think.

You are missing my point. I am saying we are anyhow people in Nigeria. And we cut all sorts of corners. Almost everything sold in this country is a low quality imitation. Safety margins are routinely shaved. Failsafes are removed. Which is why you start seeing strange and odd behavior.

The regular lead acid batteries sold in Nigeria have issues because thier quality has been reduced. Now imagine someone selling lithium batteries in Nigeria where there is no regulation. Safety features and margins will be stripped out. Same way they kept on upping the methanol in fuel sold in Nigeria until we got here

I said amazon banned Chinese hover boards from thier marketplace. This is the reason. Because the risk of substandard lithium batteries is too high.
