Good day learned Lawyers and great investors, Pls I need insight into this issue asap. I met a man who agreed to sell a land for me in a residential area where he himself built and resides. But to my surprise this man told me there no other paper with him except OMO-ONILE receipt. And this man is an elite and the land is up to an acre. Also I didn't find the location of that land on google map nd the land is in a developing are and not a new site. Kindly assist me, if I want to buy such land, how do I go about it to avoid story that touch.
