Came into Canada November 2020 on Visit Visa, i felt trapped, applied for extension 3 times, it was so painful. Luckily, I get 8 months to my residency for staying 16 months in Canada before PR. That’s a small consolation to my long wait

We learn something new everyday. I never knew that each day of pre PR temporary residence counts as half a day towards citizenship up to a max of 1 yr. This is another incentive for people to try the student route.

Please I'm currently on the PR process already but I'm thinking of changing careers to HR when I get to Canada. Should I do a Diploma in Chattered Institute of Personnel Management or Nigerian institute of Management.
And will that Diploma be useful in Canada to get jobs. Please advise

What i would advise is to get into Canada and take the CHRP course and exam. CIPM outside of Nigeria in my opinion is not really useful [s]unless you have relevant work experience.[/s]

Feb 18 arrived Abuja vfs, they sent the tracking ID
March 9 port arrived Accra VFS
March 9 enroute to Accra ircc

It should get there by next week
Then it will spend two weeks there for stamping
Afterwhich it would be returned back to VFS Accra then VFS abuja the courier pickup..
So we have about 4weeks to go

Tell your cousin/sponsor to keep calling their number till someone answers.
Your cousin can also put a rider on the email as your sponsor stating that the application was cancelled due to R10 completeness check. I know someone it happened to and that was what her sponsor did.
The nomination was transferred to the new express entry profile, same nomination expiry date.

Its over 3 weeks now but no response or acknowledgement of my mail. I called their number as well and no is picking. My cousin, who is also my sponsor also called and no one picked the call.

Used EXT to transmit (handled the process of sending it electronically to EXT) my Unilorin transcript WES. They forwarded it to WES the same day they received it from Unilorin. Unfortunately the person that helped me to process & send to EXT is no longer reliable. If you can find someone that works in the academic records office they should be able process it for you.

Firstly got request for re-medical , then two days later, got an ADR for PCC, Schedule A and payment of RPRF.
My issue is regarding the Schedule A? Why will the VO be asking for it when you have filled it initially during eAPr?
What could the VO be possibly thinking and why do VOs generally request for Schedule A during the final stage of one's application?
I still have the screenshot of what I filled in during the application though, but just curious why the VO might request for it.

You only need one GC key for all your applications. You may have Study, Pr, Visit and even other Visa applications for your dependants under same GC key.

my brother used etx to transmit and it was fast. Don't use ETX for obtaining transcript only use them to transmit and it would be fast and even cheaper than DHL and even more reliable
