If I was Putin, I would have staged a more reasonable excuse to invade Ukraine. Maybe I would have accused them of building nuclear weapons at Chernobyl Nuclear plant or something. A valid reason for invasion is far more important than the invasion itself. The US probably did that to a few countries too

America was investing and deg Biological Weapons with/in Ukraine.
Russia stumbled on the Biological Weapons Lab, during the invasion and as Ukrainian Scientist have been told to quickly destroy the MAterials, before it gets into Russian hands but Russia still got some of it.

The Weapons consist of research on 26 Birds who are supposed to be the delivery Agents of the Bio-Weapons (Just like thye developed Corona Virus and spread it to the world ).

Those countries will choose the sanctions being lifted over banding to launch missiles. Nobody is that stupid.

Go check, up till now North Korea favours disarming themselves if US lift the sanctions on it. The only reason they haven't come to an agreement is that they want the sanctions lifted first before they give up their weapons which will be a win for them. on the other hand, the US want them to give up the weapons first.

Venezuela that has been sanctioned for ages now and their oil export seized on international waters just agreed to supply the same oil for sanctions to be lifted.

It doesn't matter if its decades into the future, those countries economy aren't doing well, banding together doesn't help either because all the US have to do is lift sanctions and the alliance crumbles

Nigeria is not profiting from this War, rather we are loosing because as a Nation without Refineries, as the price of Crude Oil rises (and we sell more and make more money but we cant even raise our Crude Output because we dont have the infrastructure to do so), so is the price of PMS that comes into Nigeria, gets even more costlier and we use the profit we make from Crude Oil sales, plus even those from other sectors of our economy, to buy PMS.

Only Countries with good Refining Capacities and Crude Oil Stocks, are making a huge profit now.

Russia has been under severe US Sanctions since 2014, when it seized Crimea from Ukraine.
Russia has built-in a lot of Resilience into its economy, because it has been expecting a day like this to come.
For example, Russia used to import about 15% of its consumable food in post-2014 but right now, it is self-sufficient in food production and is actually the highest exporter of food like Wheat and other grains.
Most foreign Industries in Russia are mostly Russian operated and some of them will get Nationalised, if they decide to leave (Most of them claim to "suspend" operations temporarily )

Russia has created alternative markets in Asia, Middle East and the far East, for a day like this. Countries like China, Turkey, S/Africa, India, Pakistan, etc have refused to impose any sanctions on Russia. These are the countries Russia trades with, the most and they have even developed an alternative payment Systems (though not as widely used as the SWIFT Payment Systems) to by the American led system.

Sanctions no doubt, will still be affecting Russia but it will never bring Russia to its knees, as some people are thinking moreso, the Sanctions is already biting in America and the European countries.
Before long, you will start seeing Riots in the West, over rising prices (Albania is the first Country as of today, to be experiencing nation-wide civil unrest, due to the cost of Energy and other Staples), resulting from the Sanctions on Russia.
More Western countries will soon erupt into chaos, if the sanctions continue and price of Energy, which also affect price of other products and transportation, keeps rising.

As much as l hate War, l think Zelensky, Ukrainian President,, has himself to blame, for leading his Country into this situation and allowing America/West to use it as a Pawn in the Chess of Cold War Politics. Ukraine is almost totally destroyed, (Infrastructurally, especially Military) and it will take decades to rebuild. It should have remained NEUTRAL.

I know that Russia will not stop, until it has ensured that Ukraine is not in a position to decide to NATO (though NATO has also said Ukraine is off-the-table for now), by destroying its ability to Wage War. Russia will also ensure that Ukraine has a Govt that is Pro-Russia, after killing all those Neo-Nazis in the "Azov Battalion" who were enlisted into Ukraine's National Army.
