I tried ing on the TRMS website but was told my BVN is not linked to my email address and I need to my bank.

Since I'm not in the country, I put calls through and was sent a form to fill which I did. Only to get a reply saying I needed to visit the bank. I escalated the query and made them understand that I wasn't in the country and there was no way I could visit the bank but they insisted.

Please is there any way around this?

Has anyone been in similar shoes?

Why not, you have a legal status within the UK.

The NIN portal has been unstable for sometime now. He should recheck at intervals.

Look for someone that works in the bank. They can help you on one-one basis, maybe your s officer. Someone i knw did same. Though not GTB.

You can travel anytime once you have your BRP

Someone I know got a 10 year ban because prior refusals were not declared in a
2019 application. This came to light when the student dependant visa was refused last week. Spouse just came into the UK 10 days ago but the dependant is stuck in Nigeria for the next few years.

Some people might say that they got away with it but you might not, so play by the rules, please.

No, you don't since you're only transiting through Dubai.

It'll only be required if you want to enter Dubai.

Awww sorry about this, You supposed to get a response in your mail, a computer generated one, this will state all your receipt and your info, May be you consider sending a paid mail to correct this..if your application is going to be delayed that's d email they will likely send the information to.

First and foremost, you ought to academic reference. Go to your institution, ask one of your lectures to do that for you by going through the H.O.D of your department. I think it was stated on the school portal that they need academic reference.
However, it is important to tell you at this junction that Hull doesn't accept NECO.They only accepts WAEC C5 and above but you might be lucky because some courses accept C6, so it depends.
If you don't have WAEC or GCE WAEC then the only way out is IELTS or better still apply to other schools when you still have the time. I got the same two conditional offer as yours. I have ed my reference on my portal, accepted my offer, booked IELTS and I am about to write the exam. My advice is for you to ission office to delete those documents you ed and start afresh. Ire ooo
