. Insert progynova this morning n night and tomorrow only in d morning.Hopefully it should increase it. U can reduce the oral one to 1-1-1 during this period. Best of luck

Check out nnennachiji's post from october 4th 2021. From her write up, she ate pineapple core, took low dose aspirin,walnuts,pomegranate juice. Just check out her write up for confirmation.

Sidinafil or viagra helps increase lining... insert it vaginally morning and night ...sidinafil is a blue colored tablets

Thanks you dear, I am taking prednisolone instead of the low dose aspirin because of my BP as I always have low BP. I will use other dietary stuffs too.
