Check the school requirements... But usually it's a minimum of C6

I was able to do mine and that of my baby same day and also collected the result same day.

1. Yes, your spouse can apply for dependent visa.

2. You need to be ready/committed to honouring the of the scholarship/contract. Be prepared to return at the completion of your course as agreed.

There are a couple of ways to go around it, though;

1. Let your spouse get a Tier 2-sponsored job while in the UK. Then he changes from Tier 4 dependent visa to Tier 2 holder, then you can apply as his/her Tier-2 dependent upon the completion of your course.

2. You can return home then apply for Tier 2-sponsored jobs from here...Since you're pretty sure you'll get a job with your certification.

if you have any other ID that bears Uche, take it to the bank and change the name so that it correspond.
if you don't have it, still go to the bank and ask them how to change it, they will direct you.

I can struggle to raise the deposit fees and the 30% required for enrollment, that's about £5000

My question is, as a student entitled to work for 20hrs weekly, what will likely be my earnings? Will it be sufficient for feeding, accommodation, and also cover tuition fees for the remaining part of the two years program.

I need someone to share his/her experience please. I need to japa before they sell this country with me inside.

That might be as a result of the fact that your application was cancelled. Or were you sent a refusal letter when you ed UKVI regarding the empty port you received from the VAC?

Unconditional offer: 7th of October

Precas interview: 3rd of November

Cas shield: 8th of November
(my old port was to expire in August 2022 and immediately I put my port details on my CAs shield, I received a notification from the CAs team to details of a renewed port as I won’t be given CAs with a port that will expire before the end of my studies…I had to quickly reach out to people and got a new port within 2 weeks)

Also, I have only 1 past visa refusal which I declared to the school at the initial stage of my application and I was made to understand that Ulster’s compliance interview is only done for people with 2 or more past refusals so it was really surprising when my CAS shield was at 55% and got a mail from school on the 6th of December stating that the CAS team had scheduled a compliance interview with me cos of my past visa refusal in 2018.

Compliance interview: 10th of December

CAS:16th of December

Visa application: 20th of December

Biometric: 29th of December (walk in…slept at Ikeja tls for 4days…story for another day)

Application moved to DMC: 29th of December

Application received at DMC: 29th of December

NSF mail: 17th of January..I have 11years study gap but eco only requested for my most recent work or education reference

Submission of additional document: 19th of January and sent another document on the 22nd of January

Application moved to Vac: 28th of January

Collection mail: 28th of January (very late at night)

port pick up: 31st of January

Documents submitted: Pof, Tb cert, Neco, Bsc cert and Cas

Write to your school, explain the delay. Ask if you can enroll online and start courses online. If your school just started there should be a one week lee way. It’s only school that can help, they could also reach out to UKVI on your behalf. Asides that there’s nothing you can do. UKVI will only escalate your case and tell you to wait another 15 working days

What do you mean by they have not decided? Did when you sent the first paid mail, did you got decision made or undecided yet?
