Even, if assuming it is the security man or someone else that later retrieved the ATM card, how did they get her PIN? Agreed, they will be able to use it to make purchases without the PIN, but not withdrawals unless they have the PIN.

My point is, is it possible that an insider in the bank; who can easily look up the retrieved card in the system and access/change her PIN is involved?

If you get to an ATM don't allow anyone to help you except the security officer employed by the bank if you need help.

False Sir, this happened to my mum last year at about this time and nobody swapped her card, first Bank denied this happening on their ATM n GTB never replied my lawyer. Seeing this just infuriated me n I'm rekindindling that case, I must retrieve that #160,500 I promise my mother this today

he wants to transfer some cash to his bro.. GUESS WHAT! ATM swallowed his card and it was Saturday... before Monday 500,000k has been debited from his and got an alert that the transaction was made through POS.. ...
