You can't. Is it Ethiopia airline, if you yes, you can have one bag 28kg and the other 23kg.

She advised that I take it along with me to TLS on my Biometric appointment day. Please how does it work when I get there? Do I present it to them? Will there be any charges?

You'd have to pay for assisted service and they'd it for you at the TLS centre during your biometrics. .

I have an ission offer for the University of Sussex for September. A friend has sent the amount required for my POF to my bank . I plan to leave the money in my untouched till I travel. Would the UKVI ask for me for the source of funds for my POF? Would this affect my application?
