Literally, when an applicants Sponsor is using a company to show proof of fund, it is expected that said sposnor should get a reference letter from bank stating sole signatory to if owned by one person. But if reverse is the case, a board of directors resolution letter is used to show that the management/directors of the company are in the know of such Sponsorship and approves of it and is in of it.

As for your case, you don't need to write it. A reference letter to show signatory to as it is a family's business can do.

Changing your school or program

Before you change your school or program, you must meet all the conditions of your study permit. This means you must be:

- enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI) and
- actively studying while you’re in Canada.

Changing your DLI if you’re outside Canada

If you change your DLI before coming to Canada and you don’t inform IRCC , you won’t be allowed to board your flight.
If your application is still in progress, you can inform IRCC that you changed your DLI by submitting a new letter of acceptance using the IRCC web form or email.

If your application has been approved

If your application for a study permit has been approved and you change your DLI, you must submit a new study permit application with a new letter of acceptance.

You must also pay all the fees for the new application.

it keeps asking me for the visa office that is processing my visa. from the list i see accra and nairobi for nigeria so which do i choose i am applying for study permit and i am a Nigerian

Nairobi attends to 90% of Nigeria applications, so you can choose Nairobi.. Even if its not Nairobi, your webform will be re-directed to the Visa office handling your application..

Landing gist
I used Ethiopian airways on arrival at the airport in Abuja I was asked for my ticket print out my arrive can and Covid test with my port. After that I went to get checked in, my bags were a little over weigh so I paid 50 dollars, then I got checked in normals.
Got to Ethiopia my layover was just 1hr not much but the security checks were a lot had to keep removing my shoe Mtchewww.
Then got into the plane and started a really long trip of 16hrs I almost ran mad
Finally reach Toronto went through one self declaration stuff just declare what you have scan port answer some questions finish get your print out and head to one of the officials....

Hello everyone, thanks for the info here. Quick question please, I applied online for the visitors visa three days ago. I still haven't gotten biometrics request or the letter needed to go for biometrics but it reads "Application is in progress and we are processing your background check". I thought Biometrics comes before background check? This is my first time applying to Canada so I am concerned I still don't have the biometrics request.

Hello everyone

I’ve been a silent reader on this forum for months now. I submitted my study permit application since May last year and I’ve been waiting on IRCC for a reply since and i just got a message from them today.

So it turned out i got procedural fairness letter this morning and i was told I submitted a fraudulent statement of . I used my mum’s statement which had over thirty nine million as in flow and forty one million as out follow but had a balance of three million because she had just recently purchased goods at the time. During when i wanted to submit the application, NYSC had just posted me and i needed to go to camp so my friend connected me with an agent who i sent all my documents to and paid him to help me submit the application because I didn’t want to wait till after camp before submitting so that my processing time would start counting. While in camp i was having network issues so I really couldn’t use my phone, when i was finally out of camp i saw messages from the agent telling me he had submitted but he had to improvise because my balance was low. I called him immediately and he said he edited the bank statement and increased the balance, i was really furious because i had seen on this platform people’s visa being approved with less balance, but the deed had already been done all i could do was cut ties with the agent after that.

Now i have 15 days to reply IRCC with a new statement of and also I’m to attach a letter of explanation explaining the falsified document, please gurus in the house I’ll need help in writing the LOE and also I will appreciate any advice from the house on how to go about this
