Does the seemingly "black world" expedite processes for males and ignores the females? Do females attend a different university and are awarded a different degree from their male counterparts? Perhaps their duration of programmes at school are different? There are plethora of females attaining the highest level in their careers and some are in the C-suite of major multinational companies in this same "black world". I do not want to say your verdict is a bit skewed and inept.
