Can qsat q11 decoder be upgraded to be h.265 compliant pls?

Yes, MBC works perfectly on qsat... MBC is MPEG 2 so it works well on virtually any FTA decoder.

My nigcomsat is off on this tp 12666H29500
And satview on 12737H26250
Despite being on 75+ Strength, but the quality is below 20%.
This same thing happened some few weeks back and it came back by itself, btw TRT world works perfectly on 12807H22500.
What could be the problem or is it my decoder?
