Hello, here are my thoughts about your concerns. I have been with Sterling Global Oil for about 4years and counting.
Work culture: Some do 28days in and 14days out. Some 21 in and 7out. Bottom line is, it depends on your unit.
Environment is generally poor.
Salaries: Not really up to Industry standard.
Sterling is an Indian conglomerate. Least I forget, salary is negotiable. I'm open for more info. Thanks

Graduate Trainne Role for any position is a flat pay of 80,000 naira

Only field allowance is your Transportation Allowance (Paid Time Off)

You are given your Transport Allowance per diem (when u go and come back from your Time Off) amount which is dependent on your location.

Sterling dont pay like other Oil Companies, their pay is very much below.

With this you can judge what the pay for non Graduate Trainnee position will look like too with your years of experience as compared to working in other Oil Companies
