We are pleased to announce the proposed combination of Honeywell Flour Mills and Flour Mills of Nigeria and subject to regulatory approvals, this will combine businesses with shared goals, creating a more resilient national champion in the Nigerian foods industry, ensuring long-term job creation and preservation.

We are excited for the proposed combination of two trusted and entrenched brands, creating a single entity that is better positioned to benefit the growing Nigerian population. We’re looking forward to the next chapter!

This acquisition is strategic for Oba Otudeko as a way of managing the various challenges he has had with banks on the various outstanding loans expecially those of First Bank.
This deal will get him the required liquidity and breathing space needed to address other problems. He's not getting younger.

Monopoly all the way to heaven or Hell. This the soul reason why Nigeria's problems are class struggle not tribal or religious sentiments, for the rich will keep getting richer, while the poor keep getting poorer.

Nigerian youths need to hustle more......

Uhmmm...This is Otudeko fighting back to reclaim his position at FirstBank. Once this deal is done, the dude will pay off Firstbank indebtedness and free his stake.

Sharp guy!

Otedola and Odukale should go back to the drawing board.

Once Otudeko was stripped out of FBN looting, the useless thief is now nakked on the streets. The old thief is nothing without the poor masses money. In order for Oba Otudeko to repay the loans he took from FBN, he has to sell out the fraudulent company Honeywell Flour Mills.

Hostile Take Over.

Those saying Oba will pay his debt, he took a loan to buy shares that he even refused dividends as collateral. So the money is going back to the real owners while he cashes out on the dividend payments.

See biz ba
