You needed to see the audacity a so-called elder had. He took a loan and didn't pay, they informed his s, some of his s called him, he twisted it and kept talking like they dashed him free money.

you don't know what you are saying, Id they knew the client have not met prerequisite requirement or credit worhines that will guarantee the recovering of the loan why offering it in the first instance. In a developed world would any bank disturb or harras you for what you know nothing about

Great....but why would one collect a loan when you don't have a structured plan to pay back. I think what we need is a credit rating system that blacklists loan defaulters

But that's the only way they can get there money from majority of Nigerians.

A country where people don't care about what they signed or promised. In fact, most Nigerians don't have plans to repay loan...they see loan as an inflow.

God will help the loan companies that will agree to operate under "gentle man" conditions.

Which stupid SME, so for your mind now, all this loan companies are SMEs? A 7 day loan with over 40% interest and up to 2.5% daily overdue charges on principal plus interest. God punish the SME

The truth is that those loan sharks are out there to extort people. The earlier you know they don't wish you well, the better for you. I could my first encounter with them. I went to get a phone & my money wasn't enough for the same phone. The sales attendants began to sugarcoat EASYBUY for me. As naive as I was, they successfully manipulated me to buy the phone on 3-month instalmental repayments. The foolish me thought once I get the rest fund as early as possible, the interest would be reduced & limited to a month's. I went back when I got my salary to pay off & it dawned on me that I must pay the interest of about #17,000 even if I would pay all at once. The Easybuy purchase was funded by a loan App. With so much annoyance, I paid off the interest at once & swore never to have anything to do with any loan Apps in my life. The funniest part is that most of them don't care about your regular repayments history. If you default on the current one, your F&F would be aware you took a loan somewhere.

I'm not asking anyone to stop ing their methods of loan recovery, just know that what goes around comes around. You won't know how it hurts until it gets to someone who is so close to you. I received such evil message (like he's the most wanted criminal) about a close friend & I felt so reluctant to call him because I knew he must have heard from someone else & felt so bad, so I decided not to add to his sorrow.

But those that borrow should also pay their loan as at when due..... That's the right thing to do.


But most that borrow always have the intention of running away with the moneyx or just pay without interest. Can you try that with a bank?

Na una useless . Useless agents fighting for 3k daily and as such damaging other people's reputation even while still charging overdue penalty.
