Hello house, is it advisable to choose "No" during filling school application for visa denial, If the person has been denied study visa for Canada as a result of Insufficient fund.
Hope it doesn't mean anything to choose "No" for school application and not during Visa application.
Hope a " Yes in visa denial" won't attract a refusal in getting ission.

I have seen people on this forum get their visas from the UAE even after using their Nigerian bank s, I think the best bet is, when filling the form there is a section where people who aren't resident in their home country will fill in all that's required, after that is done it's only logical for them to know the address in your home bank statement can't be the same as the country where you are resident. I was denied a UK Visit visa early this year with my wife and daughter due our bank details were different address from the one used in the application. We had never thought it was necessary to update our bank address address.

My wife has received CAS and we would like to apply for a Visa together with our daughter, wife will be doing priority while myself and the daughter will do standard.

Note: full tuition £14,500 has been paid.

Is it advisable to apply together or my wife should apply first and once her visa is out then daughter and i can apply?

It starts from the start date on that visa, if you don't use it within the duration it will expire

Uclan tuition is cheaper than UWS but asides the financial aspect, I'd like to know the about the environment and job opportunities for both as well as cost of living too.

you are correct. The discount has to be deducted from the fees

I don't know about job opportunities but generally, cost of living is cheaper in Scotland than England
