Yes. If you have evaluated your transcript via WES, you can request for the evaluated transcript to be sent to them. That will be faster.

I would like to know if I should I provide all the schools or I should just tell them one or two schools in the application form? In case I withhold information like this, are they going to know at the end? I just don't want to mess up my chances because of this.

The answer to this question depends on the discretion of the VO. Mostly for F1 visas in the past, the "have you travelled out'" question used to be one for formality sake - never really influenced much. But recently, the stakes have gotten higher and some VOs take it quite seriously infact some people are asked that as their first question, and that determines the pendulum swing to which the interview story goes.

So yes if you have a travel history especially from a country with good "face value", that's surely an advantage.

Also sadly, you cannot appeal the decision of the consular officer. Check the blue slip given you it's clearly stated.
