There are only 2 IRCC approved Medical centers i.e IOM and Qlife..

And they are both in Lagos and Abuja....

You will need to travel down to these states to do your Medicals...

These are the list of documents you are required to submit

Biometrics slip
2 copies of data page
International port
A copy of the port request letter
Transmission fee receipt (If you are submitting to Abuja VFS)
2 copies of the consent form

You will need to put these documents in an envelope..

If you are sending your port to ABUJA VFS
You will need to pay a transmission fee of NGN 8,920 to this
CANADA LOGISTIC COLLECTION (a/c no 0065165839) sterling bank.

Send your port with other required documents, your port will still get stamped..

You can send your BVL in replacement of your Biometrics slip...

The validity of a SOA is 2 weeks before submission.. i.e The printout of your SOA must not exceed 2 weeks before you submit it with your application...

On the other hand, why cant you do MBS, that will have an updated copy of your SOA.. MBS is preferable to the printout for many reasons...
But which ever one works for you, its fine..

IRCC do not request for Police Certificate, even though its part of the required documents but not a compulsory document..

We have seen many applicants here getting their Visas without submitting Police certificate..

Yes they do..

Even after submitting your port, they still do like a final check to make sure everything is on deck as regards the application before stamping the Visa on the port...
