Got ission to UWE Bristol and Nottingham Trent University for Cyber security and IT security respectively for next September. UWE is for one year and Nottingham is for 2 years. Which school is easier to get CAS.

If you have successfully booked recently , how did you manage to do it? And also do they accept walk ins?

Out of curiosity, how do you plan to combine your studies with taking care of your baby? You might have to include that details in your visa application as well.

Full time childcare is very expensive. If you can afford it, then very good!!

So are you suggesting not to go with her? Well my original plan is to go with her n get her stamp on her port, so it can be easier to bring her to d uk whenever. Then bring her back to stay with my mom so I can focus on studies, after wish come back for her

Hi, I believe it won't be a problem cos for example University of Hertfordshire has provision for nursing mothers. They have a nursery school where University students with kids can enrol them in while they are having lectures. So I'm pretty sure many other universities in UK will have that provision for students with children. As long as that provision exist, I see no reason why you will be rejected visa.

I intend to travel with my wife but my POF will mature before hers. Can I go ahead and request for CAS with mine then wait till hers is ready before we apply for VISA?

nairalanders, I have been down and crying since morning as my little sister whom I am a legal guardian to got her visa refused. The little girl is down. When I got a no straight forward email for her, I thought she will later get the visa and hence travel with my son so as to meet up with school deadline.. this morning I got a refusal letter for her. please help advise if you can, should I do istrative review? if yes, what are the steps. Already called my lawyer as asked why the legal papers couldn't be verified? as far as I know, everything is genuine, had several court sittings before guardianship was given. please advise as I am loosing it.. Also since I have traveled, how do I proceed with the AR in respect of taking her port back if they eventually grant the visa? my whole world is crashing. please find attached reasons for refusal.
reason I didn't mention her in my previous applications were because I hadn't applied for legal guardianship for her. a big mistake I made���
