No they don’t. I think they are the fairest. 1k deposit and CAS is issued. The you can pay up the balance before 6months.

send them a direct mail containing your port front page, country of destination, visa type, phone number, they will reply with a mail just ignore. Expect your appointment date@[email protected]. I hope this help

My case was escalated October 6th.
Decision was made October 8th
Collection mail October 12
Pick up October 13.

To cut the long story short, please if your application has started exceeding the time frame, send paid mail and always call them. It was after escalating they started reasoning my matter. I thank God for my own and I wish everyone all the very best
