Noooo November is not late. You can still apply in December and even January for some Universities with 31st January starting date.

I don't know how much is the total fee but a deposit or 3000 - 5000 will be fine.
Yes your husband can be your sponsor.
For April you can start now with application and ission processes as response time from school is not sure bet .
You can arrange TB test for January but you can go ahead and book now if you get across

I have the deposit already. Heard they usually give 2months to resumption as deadline to pay deposit. All documents are available. The 28days fund isn’t available yet. Waiting to get the ission pay deposit before I start the 28days money in my . Trying to do everything earlier bcz I would submit my port for visa at another embassy

The remaining days left in November are not booked but I can’t pick, as I have tried to click several times. The deposit will be stated as part of your conditions to meet in your offer letter. You don't guess it. But u can pay more if you have the money it will be deducted from your tuition fees.

You use form A from the bank. The bank will give you the present rate. Then you fill the form and pay.

It takes days before the school will acknowledge the payment.
