My point is Fatherhood is a thankless job compared to motherhood. You don't need to beg anybody if it's that rewarding.
If the society keep downplaying the role of fathers while the mother keeps getting all the praises and rewards, then the society deserves more deadbeat fathers. The role of a father is one which the society needs but not the one it deserves.
