The reason for refusal was because company's statement of does not carry my sponsorship name.

I submitted my Dad's company statement of and a ing letter from the bank indicating he his the sole signatory to the .

I would like to apply for an istrative review. What are the likely ing evidence i should submit along with it.

Listen carefully. I will explain it now and you will understand it quickly.
1: The 28 days means that if you put the money in on 1st of September, the money will have to be in the for at least 28 days, what this mean is that you can print your statement on 29th of September.

2: What that 31 days means is that if you you printed you statement on 29th of September, you can still use it to submit for you visa even it till 29th of October. Then after that date you can not use it again. You will have to print a fresh one.

Sure, you can do an istrative appeal, but it usually takes a long time to get . Can be up to 3 months
