Everything ain't joke bro, this is a joke taken too far, I could relate to op situation, two months ago, I caught covid 19 without even knowing, my dog was a barking at me always just as op has said, until they compelled us to take a taste in my place of work, that's how I realized I was sick of Covid, I was given a time off and some vitamins and was advised to have enough rest and a week later I was fine again.

Dogs are very sensitive, for example, I use to leave my dog at my veranda while going to work and yes my veranda is very big and comfortable for him to play around until I get back home, and my protector makes it impossible for him to see who ever is ing.

So each time I get back from work, I will put my hands through the key space and my dog will sniff my hands and know it's me even without seeing my face, he will start barking happily, shaking his tail and waiting patiently for me to open the door, before he dives on me and lick my face like lollipop
