Its possible because there is evening appointment now due to exponential increase in the number of applicants...My cousin had 4pm appointment two weeks ago and left their office around 11:30pm after collecting result.

UWE CAS issuance is within 7 working days before, I think they are in their peak period currently. They ought to have acknowledged the POF you ed first and foremost, send you CAS review, after then your CAS will be issued within 5 working days. Just prepare your mind for priority or super priority

This is not true. I know of someone with 3 US, 2 Canadian and 1 Norway refusals that did not declare any. He did not get a not straight forward mail and he got his visa already, he did standard application. It is best advised to make your denial declarations but it is not used to make decisions. Decisions are delayed as a result of barrage of applications as this is the peak period of all applications. CAS are also being delayed at some universities because of the above reason. All will end with testimonies.
