Think you're confusing (ordinary) led for UHD
UHD is not TV tech. It's just resolution (4k), just like HD, FHD and 8k. The OLED and Nano you're referencing are all UHD as well.

In of tech, you talk of Nano, OLED, QLED, LED, LCD, Plasma ... (Even though most of em are really LCDs at the end of the day)
